How involved in the running of the Yacht will be required of us?

Crewed Yacht Chartres vary depending on the crew on-board, but in all cases we can supply enough crew that you will be required to do nothing more than sit back and relax. Obviously if you want a combination of less crew to allow for more privacy this is entirely up to you.

Do we tip the crew?

Tipping isn’t compulsory, however if you feel that your crew have taken special care of you than we recommend a tip of between 8-10% of the total charter fee, this should be paid to the captain who will distribute it amongst the crew.

What about our privacy?

Our crews are highly trained, in many ways similar to butlers, they know when to be visible and when not. They are discrete and courteous at all times.

Apart from Navigating and helping on the boat what does the crew offer?

Local knowledge is key to a great vacation and our crews consist of a mix of foreigners to experienced Thai’s, between them they have a wealth of knowledge. This local expertise could be invaluable, from finding great little restaurants only the locals know about, to the best fishing grounds or the most secluded beaches.
